Wayne A. Ince served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force with deployments to Desert Storm, Haiti, Bosnia, and Kosovo. Drawing from 15+ years of navigating mental health systems, he founded Breaking Ranks Books and the Breaking Ranks Blog to advocate for social justice, mental health awareness, and African-American community concerns, particularly for veterans, first responders, and other marginalized communities.
